Shipping Policy
For now, we only ship to Canada and US. For Canada we have free delivery over CAD $75 and for orders below $75 we have different rates based on your postal codes. For US, free delivery for orders above US $100 and orders below that your delivery fee will be based on your zip code.
We will deliver your purchase within 3-10 business days after you received your order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas.
During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
We will accept online returns via mail. We will refund any item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel. Purchases of items marked “final sale” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will refund the value of your returned items using the same payment method initially used for the purchase.
